2008 Institute of Scouting / Pow Wow

This is our Council’s largest training event that gives new and experienced Cub Scout Leaders, Boy Scout Leaders, Venturing Leaders, and District & Council Leaders information and skills to use in their current and future Scouting positions. Last year we had over 300 Scouters take part in the 50+ courses that were offered.

Thanks to everyone’s feedback last year, several changes are being made to make your day’s Scouting experience better. We are adding several new suggested courses, planning two lunch periods with one being a Blue and Gold theme, and providing the ability to set your schedule by registering for courses by period.

The registration process, as in years past, can be done by mail, fax, e-mail, or online using the web. Look for updates and course information later this fall through your local roundtables, Council Service Center, and the Twin Rivers Signals Newsletter.
